Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to refuse orders from certain countries.

The parcel will be sent to the delivery address entered in the appropriate field when ordering.
We are not responsible if the address entered by a customer is incorrect.
 

In-store pickup:
You can place an order online and then pick it up directly in store by choosing this delivery option when ordering. Once you have received confirmation that your order has been completed, you can come to the store. Make sure you have the order confirmation email and the credit card used for the purchase on hand.

Refusal of package:
If a package is returned to us with the mention Refused by consignee, please note that delivery charges will apply according to our delivery policy. Shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund of the order.

Return Policy for Online Purchases:

We accept to exchange or refund most items you have purchased online within 10 DAYS of receiving your order. Products and their original packaging must be returned INTACT.

NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON : unpacked products, software and flight simulators, aerosols, special orders, gift cards, liquidation or discontinued items and delivery charges.
To return a product, you must first contact our customer service department by email or by calling 450-687-6214 in Quebec or 1-800-363-8271.
Distribution aux Modelistes reserves the right to refuse the return if the conditions of the return policy are not respected. If the return is accepted, and you have an authorization number, you must send your product by mail to:

The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping charges will be deducted from it.
 

Shipping charges will be paid by Distribution aux Modelistes in the following cases:

  • You did not receive the product (s) you ordered;
  • You have received a defective item. It can be exchanged for the same product;
  • The product has been damaged during delivery. Note that when you receive the order, you must check the product to make sure that the product has not been damaged during delivery. In the event that a product is broken during delivery, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt of your package).
